I'd say: Tarkov is extremely frustrating at first, you'll gain a love hate relationship. Then gradually you build experience and you will start to get so accustomed to the hardcore setting.

Yea if you have any questions about it this is the perfect place to look, just run your scav, grab EVERYTHING and leave and sell it to traders, therapist is best for selling random blue items you find like screws or bolts but make sure not to sell these 2 items , flash drives, and gas analyzers, you will need 5 flash drives and 3 gas analyzers and they are SUPER hard to find if you are actually looking for them

Take an SKS from Prapor, buy PS rounds, you'll clap 90% of people this early in wipe. I am not the best at tarkov, my stash sits at 15m, I am level 11 and I run around, literally run around with a standard SKS and like 40 PS rounds at a time

SKS is 23k, headset is like 13k from Ragman and the ammo is super cheap. If you kill someone, ez money, if you die, it's only like 40k. Go into raid with player scav, kill another scav or two, take all weapons, sell them, repeat with SKS then scav run again =]

@ancient falcon Salewa can stop heavy bleeding, needs at least 150 HP for that though. So if your salewa had any less than 150 hp left it wouldn't stop the heavy bleeding

you can upgrade your version. Dunno if you can get the gamma ingame by grinding hard, but you can get the epsilon & stuff ingame
epsilon should be 4x2 if I'm not mistaken. So that one only has 1 slot less than the gamma
