also raising your monitor's gamma helps brighten your picture tremendously and works particularly well in spotting enemies in darker areas

go offline on your favorite map to various spots where you have visibility issues and mess with postfx, but also raw playtime is what will really help you out
play one particular map a TON and you'll get used to what pixels are supposed to be there, it feels like you'll never get their but i guarantee you if you play a map a ton you will gain the ability to spot the tiniest movements when people move
i used to struggle immensely with it too but now i can spot people nearly anywhere on interchange for example

You only have a certain amount of time to claim it too.
