@long lichen go to the flea market and look at what small common items are worth a lot right now and go to Interchange with a scav and look out for those items. Currently its bolts and screws I think.
Big items like motors, blue fuel container, propane, and power supply units should all still be 50k plus.

@neon wadi I just got the game about a 6 days ago, I first started by learning a map, and keep playing it. You learn where the extracts are, where scavs spawn, and where to find good loot, it’s really hard at the beginning, but just take it at your own pace. Some YouTube vids also help as well

This game bears you up, and kicks you while you’re down, but once you get over the hump, you can get into the groove of things, and it will become a bit smoother, and you’ll start to get some kills, decent loot, and start having some fun

In that first video the answer is to not fight at all
After that, you expose far too much and too long at the top of the container
With the 2nd video, the killa kill, don't prone as it just means you can't get away if somebody nades the body
Underground, you go through the centre, which is faster but more exposed, and you don't run
Outside you're way in the open, you need to get away from the walls and into some tree cover
I think the last fight you should have shot as soon as you saw the head, make them panic a little.. Someone else may disagree but after that initial thing it's just exposure again. You're ADS strafing from one angle to the other

The idea was that because im solo and I just shot a lot i wanted to reposition
because that was a very open aggressive exposed angle that I took to fire on that guy and see where he was moving i didn't have long to spend up there and needed a more closed angle that could hold his openings better so i moved towards the road
but ive been told in the sherpa discord that I should not reposition as a solo and just either hold angles, push which puts me at a disadvantage, or let people go and go somewhere else
keep him guessing on my location and seem like theres more of me

How to be more positive about this game? Although I find BSG rather corrupt at times, I still like some things about this game and that I can see how this can be fun (I enjoy watching it on Youtube) but I been horrible at it since the 11.7 patch and that I wish it could help with depressive episodes since I don't do nor find much else fun.
