Tbh, it’s tempting o use scavs but it’s much better to just gear to your budget and play pmc so you can make progress on character skills/stats.

it may take a little longer to learn the map but once you become a true rat like me and camp in the train station you can wait for those juicy raiders to spawn in
learning maps is certainly the hardest part of getting started, but if you have your phone or an extra monitor just slap a map up with some basic loot spawns and you're good

Reserve or shoreline for money but you kinda need keys for shoreline - can get away with no keys on customs minimum mark room key on customs. There is a guide pestily made for 1-10 levels

yeah, broken limbs or something in your body won't heal by itself, maybe off-raid but it should take alot of time if it is actually possible, but you need a splint/alu splint to treat fractures

@misty ferry it is always like this, you die first time after full health ( first time you entered a raid fully healed i mean ) you leaving it with 50hp on everything i think, not sure, second time it is ~25 for example, then third raid injured you will be 5-0 on all possible injury points
and if you dying on a raid as grim said, all status effects are gone, it might be more accurate to say to getting knocked out cause you staying alive but wounded everytime so

To try to kill the pmc’s over there
But I cross the street and flank through the forest

I have 80 ergo on an AK and Elcan SpecterDR, but looking down the scope doesn't feel snappy/instant. is it because optic scopes have their own hidden modifiers of how fast you can look inside them (and it can be fast up to some point), or is it something else?

@bold kernel That's why many attach flashlight or laser pointer, as using the time to ADS at CCQ is wasted time, making sure you can ADS do it at a distant, if the enemy is already shooting at you, get a better position so you can prepare to aim without getting hit

Douchebag is the huge rock formation near checkpoint well I personally call it that since you can see check point scav house and part of the forest to your left
If you were there I would’ve suggested you staying there for like 5 minutes check checkpoint for people rotating towards you and then scav house
The wall to your right is where people usually rotate from scav house

@stoic zealot I don’t believe any are good at removing ambience the only things that I’ve seen them reduce is very loud noises like gunshots so you aren’t as startled
But maybe look around some forums or do some testing and see, every headset works differently
