When im feeling really cheap, I only use gear I find during scav raids. It kinda makes it more challenging! If you are pistol running youre probably really broke right? so yeah dont heal! Go find med boxes.

I dont know where you'd find mcables on Reserve, but Interchange has mcable spawns in Power station,some parts of Goshan, found a fair few in kiba.
