To heal your pmc you could buy a grizzly from the market and just use that. Most cost effective healing item for it. If you dont have the market i think you can just find the barter items for the trade
Make sure the grizzly is 1800/1800

Not very convenient to do two scavs in order to do one pmc but whatever floats your boat. Also fractures are fixed by splints for alot cheaper.
