there's a lot of medical bags / medical stuff just lying around even on the first floor

but you can easily meet high tier PMC groups there - just be aware

@naive lion I'd suggest lucky scav junkbox first , the barter items it can store take a humongous amount of space without it , and that basically allows you to store them in order to upgrade hideout
