5-7 pistol L1991 (i think) ammo, paca and ssh helmet (the paca is probably useless but the helmet saved me multiple times already): You activate the alarms and you wait for the raider to push you and when they are around corners or breaching doors its really easy to headshot ( they don't have helemts or at least faceshields). You take their weapons and their armour and from then on its a lot easier. They also have a lot of meds and nades.

For labs you really have to learn the map. Knowing the map and its tricks is the best thing to do. Knowing how to bait raiders so you can easily HS them is also part of labs. I had the privilage to play labs before the keycards were a thing so going in wasn't that expensive and learning the map came easy. Now going in and paying 200k everytime + gear is a lot.
