it'll show you the cheapest deal whether from a trader or a player

@deft mulch there's no "best" but Shoreline (resort with keys), Interchange and Labs/Reserve are the really good.

labs is not worth it for newer players as it's gonna cost money just to get in

and reserve tends to be hard for new players as the extracts are annoying

Interchange doesn't require keys, so i'd say that's your best bet.

What I meant with the weapon stuck when having two types ammo in a mag that you shoot first 20 rounds of m995, you shoot it all and the weapon doesn't switch to other ammo type immediately. Tried alt t and that doesn't help. Reload usually helps

Tech/hardware task/hideout items sell for much better and more consistent money than gear including weapons.

I may loot a suppressor or an optic off a weapon but not usually the weapon especially if it's pretty stock. Not taking backpacks unless it's huge and I'm on a little back run.

I looted a AK-74S in room 205 on Shoreline, It had one mag attached to the gun only, I killed someone, went back to cover, unloaded, counted ammo, had 24 shots.
But then very close to extraction got shot at and when trying to retaliate my gun only shot once (I was full auto), I went to cover, heard his footsteps rushing me, aimed to his head, clicked and NOTHING happened

What I meant by malfunctions is actual weapon jams that require you to clear the weapon with an animation. This is what Nikita talks about at 1 hour 42 minutes into the podcast I posted above

Traders have a purpose. Leveling traders means you can buy all the stuff that is sold on flea for trader prices not prices people charge on flea to make a profit. Selling tech/hardware for tasks & Hideout will make plenty of money then can buy weapons/gear/mods. Higher traders open up new gear. Also can sell dozens of items to traders for instant payment instead 3 lots to flea at a time.

Yea it is not 100% reliable for the buying parts...the idea though is you can mod it in the Edit Preset screen and then save it and try to "assemble" the puzzle piece. I do not use Find Parts but instead "assemble"

after a while when ur established, you will play scav less and less, because pmc's are more fun (as you can bring any gun/gear you want and meds)

Tech spawns being the best, by far.

Interchange is good. Power plant, and tech stores spawn them fairly decently.

One thing that I still see is the AI disappearing as we have a contact, the AI is behind something, we turn or just get to cover then go for it and it's not anymore there or just disappears almost out of thin air... (and no, the cases they move away are super rare). Did anybody sent a report on this, because I am gonna add to that user in case u have done that too.

Helmets will get pricey quick, anything level 4 is over 60k usually. The lvl 3 SSH is good early on.

You can pick other servers jysandy, but I dont know how popular the game is in Asia. I dont think milsims like that are incredibly popular there though.

But you can always pick a euro server which would have a lot of people, just slightly higher latency.
