Yeah I tend to pretty much do scav runs most of the time and end up filling my stash with scav stuff, only thing is it isn't worth a lot but I seem to not be able to get any kills, the better ammo i find hard to get hold of

Yes but Factory has too many factors. Dozens of angles to cover, fast pvp, and no loot on the map.
Interchange is more calm with more places to avoid people and then a lot more loot.
