Small sicc case is the greatest thing ever, it allows you to fit 25 i think items in your pockets no problem. It can hold keys, coins like gp etc, keycards, money, dogtags, intel items, and it only takes 2 slots out of your secure container @brisk sail

Hence the steep 2.2 mil minimum
