vepr hunter with m80 is really cheap and you can easily take down geared people +scavs

Really depends on yourself, I generally make more money with fully kitted loadout then not

simply because my survival rate goes up by a lot.

and you end up killing more people == more loot

and even items that are not expensive you'll need for hideout or quests 99% of the time so can't go wrong with bringing it all
