@modern willow The Saiga 9 is a fun gun to use in my opinion. Anyone wearing decent gear your going to want to head tap them because 9mm ammo just doesn't penetrate armor that well. If you get 9mm luger ammo, it has very good damage so if you shoot them in the leg or arm if they have gear on, it will kill them pretty fast with luger ammo. If you cant afford luger/RIP ammo i would suggest PSO gzh ammo, that should do the trick as well. 😉

i'm personally a pretty big fan of the subsonics in the mp7s. they still pen armour well/do good damage but at a much cheaper price point. i can't remember where it sits compared to FMJ though.

there is no better advice, stick to 1 or 2 map for starters and learn them, main routes, hotspots, loot hotspots ect. use the wiki (gamepedia) until you know enough to farm a map for gear if you go in with just a pistol, then do the other maps, and do quests

only real advice i have is don't take backpacks with you so people have less chances of taking your gear if they kill you
well because lab is too good, 1 good run in lab can get you full eq for 2 runs or weapons for 6 to 7 runs add to that the other expensive stuff like ledx ect. its rather easy
