Its not broken. Depending on hours you play it can match you with avaiable low level players. If there is no such in queue you will be matched with higher level players. But thats my guess.

He means more like the quest progress is reset to 0 I believe, There are a few quests in this game that are -truly failable- (but kinda part of the story where u make choices or some other optional sidetasks etc)

But there are quests that "fail" (reset the progress to 0) if you do something out of them, so just restarts the 7 pmc kills again from 0.

I get so tripped up on shoreline and light house I almost never run them because I get lost

same with lighthouse dude, i only went there once as a scav and barely explored it then extracted via armored train. for the shoreline, its actually one of the easiest maps to learn, probably even easier than ground zero, its just that a few spots in the open areas are tricky in terms of finding your way into left or right

by doing quests. i dont know if you can craft 50+ pen ammos at all, maybe to some specific guns, but there are alot of quests that allow you to craft new ammos

anyone else experiencing massive amounts of scavs on lighthouse being led by a scav dressed kind of like reshala but his coat is black and hes always got a similar loadout? Ive ran into him like 3 raids in a row leading a band of super aggresive scavs. the "lead" scav always has a black collared jacket and in 2 raids hes had an sks and in one he had an ak. He was wearing a chest rig and backpack with ammo, meds, food and water. Its never like a super scavy chest rig or backpack either.
