Lower quality textures -> no flicker -> load in the higher quality ones -> flicker

Would both be different textures being loaded (file integrity), and more memory being accessed (higher chance of memory stability issues)

I'm a new player with around 100 hours in the game, and I'm struggling to complete these tasks because I'm always killed by players with 2000+ hours. I've died around 8-9 times, so I decided to change my strategy. I went to Dorms again, heard someone inside, and decided to ask in voice chat: "Please let me take my quest items and I'll leave. I don’t want loot or anything." In my first raid, the guy didn’t reply, so I went up to the third floor and got killed by a grenade. The second time, the guy replied with “No,” then rushed me and killed me. He was level 43 with an NL545. I hope my PP-19 SMG and my PACA armor, which were the only things I had on me, were useful to him. Can you explain to me how I'm supposed to do these tasks?

I have had a lot of success finding larger med items in woods, along the debris path of the plane. If you go at night it tends to be a lot quieter and less likely to be looted, which will help you get them and get out. Not a guarantee, but I know I've had raids where I've walked out with multiple CMS and surv12 kits and even a few grizzly med kits. I would try to unlock jaeger while you're there as well - the quest only needs you to go to a little camp right beside the plane.

If your problem is just getting lost and running out of time, the time of day (O key) and the mountain is your best friend on woods. If you know what time of day it is, then you can use where the sun is like a compass. The mountain is almost dead center of the map, so you also know where you are - east or west of the mountain. Worst case scenario just keep going towards the mountain and you can use it to find where you need to go.

No, you don't need to buy a compass. The sun is your compass. It's it's before 12:00 then the sun is on the east side. If it's after 12:00 the sun is on the west. So if it's 15:00 in game and you look directly in the direction of the sun, you know for sure that you are facing west. After that, you turn and look for the mountain. If the mountain is in front of you, then you're east of the mountain. If the mountain is behind you, you're west of the mountain. If the mountain is to your left, you're north of the mountain. If the mountain is to your right, you're south of the mountain.

And if you sprint and get to the mountain, then you know exactly where you are

If you mean steam is, what you can do is copy the installation over to your steam directory and force re-check the download. It'll scan the files and anything that is the same between versions it'll keep

PVE doesnt wipe so its essentially infinite amount of bitcoin. In PVP you have to calculate the rough amount of days left in wipe and do how much profit a maxed out bitcoin farm is actually going to get you

Some places indoors work fine. It's weird on like Ground Zero I think 'cause there are so many broken windows. But on Customs you can just duck inside a factory with a big wide open door and be fine.

The rule is only for scavs, and I think only because it negatively affects your reputation with Fence.
