Killing Santa initially gave you a huge penalty (a few years ago), then the penalty got removed for PMCs (possibly following complaints that it's hard sometimes to identify him), but it is now back, so be careful. The penalty is -1.0, an entire point of Fence rep.

whether i want to or not i have to shoot at least 2-3 scavs per run

and ppl come to gunshots like moths to a flame
