The plate carrier is pretty bad but it spawns with top tier plates if you find it in raid.
Prior to the armour plate system (a couple wipes ago) it was one of the go to meta armours but nowadays you'll want to check the plates inside, the rig itself is mostly worthless.

my explanation:
from standing or crouching. press a horizontal movement key (a or d) for a spilt second then lean towards the direction you are heading. near the end of the momentum press the opposite direction to get back to where you were

its better to have lean on hold. people find it easier if they invert the lean buttons. Q is lean right etc.

I actually feel the opposite. Customs give you lots more space to move around and avoid fights. Ground zero just feels like a more open factory to me.

as someone who also have a standard acc i r first rush for 2 scav boxes, and then basically ur next objective is to buy item box and put some ammo/med boxes in it to sort the items.
That s gonna create lot more spaces in ur stash.
Also for scopes and gun mods or quest itmes u can buy partisan backpacks and A18 Skanda rig to sort those items

I usually buy each of them, put the rig in the bag and u still have space for a headset and a helmet
