i think the first change they could make is reworking the way the turning speed debuff works, instead of just lowering your sensitivity it should instead damper the speed you can move your reticle or laser from a to b without having any effect on how fast or how your eyes move

Yes, so car on every map has a chance not to spawn, except for ground zero (has a 100% spawn chance) and maybe shoreline? I'm not totally sure on that one because I see it everytime but not sure if its intended or bugged. Grey as in how? You can take any extract that shows up when you double tap O, grey or not. (Provided they are open, for example, V-Ex, which are car extracts, will always show when you double tap O, because you can always take them. However, if the car doesn't spawn then obviously you can't take it even if it shows up in your extracts.) If you spawned at railway, then emercom would have been open, and you could have taken that.

Outskirts referring to the outskirts of the map I'm assuming. The power is definitely a hot spot and players might choose to go there if they spawned close by. The reason is to turn on the power to access other rooms inside the building (or to loot locked rooms at the power station). If you wanted to, you could turn on the power before you start heading to extract as it might deter people from coming to you (just search on google how to do that). Next thing, don't go in naked. I believe the second time you go in naked you'll be tagged and cursed, meaning scavs (AI) will be sent to kill you. This was to prevent naked runners running into the maps and just sticking a bit coin up their butt with no risk. Also, make sure to check which extract you cna take. As a PMC, you will never be able to take both Emercom and Railway. Double tap O to see which you can take.

Best thing you can do is get your intel center to lvl2. Unless you're high enough level to buy the cards from flea or got lvl2 intel, lab is gonna be pretty inaccessible for you

well that was an error at the server. ( that is what backend means) probably your game state transaction failed. How is the task state? if it is complete you need to ask support to help
