I personally wouldve tried to heal a bit here, you wouldve had enough time to put whatever meds you are using back away if he pushes. I personally wouldve also pushed him faster, but the optional way was to throw a grenade in. If you didnt have any grenades just leaving would have also been an option

my personal favorite for bosses is the ASh-12 with PS12B because it shreds their armor as well as doing high damage on top of being automatic. for tagilla specifically, i recommend the Saiga-12K in either full or semi auto depending on where you are in the game with the 20 rounders. load em up with flechettes. i would not recommend using low pen ammo on his chest unless it is the back because his front chest is tier 6. the stomach is unarmored, so i would go there.

trying to kill a meta gear chad will only get you turned to bits if you don't know the game. especially with pistols. bring a good kit with RSh as a secondary and use RSh on people with bad gear. that's what i have been saying

Heya! So I've been dipping my toes into the game a bit, watched a ton of videos and have been playing a bunch of the practice mode raids, had a few successful extracts. I'm just wondering what the worst case scenario for starting out looks like - if I start losing and just keep losing for, I dunno, 5 raids in a row, won't I just sort of... run out of stuff to bring? Does the game have some kind of rubber band for that? Or just keep everything insured and be patient?

I learned the maps in my engineering class lol it’s worth

Sometimes the loading screen disconnects and you're left with a timer that keeps ticking up but isn't loading a map. Alt F4 and restart is the way to go.
Also scavs aren't supposed to be able to go to the lab or labyrinth so expect a plethora of issues if you try. The transits are something BSG overlooked when removing the keycard requirements.

hello guys, i do have an cpu and gpu utilization problem, both are now passing %20. gpu is 4080super cpu is ryzen 7 5700x3d. and bc of that my fps is not passing 60 as well for some reason.

Interesting part is rarely, when raid starts my fps is above 120+

and it continues like that, but most of the time my fps is fixed 55-60 for no reason at all. i can play msfs2024 at 4k more than 80+ fps but not tarkov?

It's a practice raid warning you that it's not a real raid. When it ends you'll be put back in your stash with the same equipment you went in with no matter what you looted, how much people you shot or if you died. You don't make any quest progress either.

i think it's just a visual menu 'bug', it shows class 3 but the helmet itself is still class 4

yes they offer more protection area basically

so you have lvl4 top and nape wit the helmet by itself, then once you add the ear armor for example, it adds lvl3 ear protection there

its a bit different if its like a SLAAP or bastion or caiman plate that goes ontop of the existing armor, in that case it just layers the armor similar to soft armor + plate

Something you'll find about reserve is its all about timing. If you get a spawn good enough for it you can probably hit the room and get out uncontested
