most maps have common spots where people camp, for example shoreline partisan spawns most commonly either by pier or by weather station. same with every other map, just find these places and pray you find him, i mean he can technically spawn anywhere at all but i still find him camping certain spots more than others

It does better stamina regen if you’re heavy (main thing), marginal stat increases bc backpacks have marginal stat decreases, higher move speed (also main thing if you’re rlly heavy), and you also move quieter

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

Better gas blocks unlock at higher trade levels and after gunsmith tasks.
Also the ADAR shares all components with the M4A1 so you can buy an M4A1 lower and transfer all the ADAR parts onto it to make a budget M4A1

Don't quite know the price from the top of m head, esp for PVP hardcore.
Should be 20-30k aprox but you can sell the ADAR lower back to traders in exchange. Also works to fully repair a busted M4A1 you may find in raid if it has nice mods (eg a rogue gun)

Genuinely the best place to find real people to play with is by hopping into voice chats and seeing if you vibe with the people there. If not pick another vc, eventually you will meet cool people. It's how I've found most of the groups I still play with years later

Scav rep and fence rep are the same thing

Co-op extract is available on certain maps, it allows a player scav and a pmc to extract together, it gives you scav rep and a couple random goodies. You gotta have good talking skills or get taken prisoner to use it most of the time lol

Car extract is an extract on certain maps, such as shoreline or customs, car costs money to use to extract, around 40k depending on scav rep. You can only take car as a pmc

You use fabrics to upgrade hideouts, craft stuff, or even use them barter things with traders to get stuff

They're pretty useful, Ragman LVL 2 for example can give you a backpack for 1 cordura, which is equivalent to 2 slings

You lose gear in both PvE and PvP. If you insure it that gear you have a decent chance of getting it back!

So say if we ran together, you had a expensive kit, you die and tell me "yo can you stash my kit please" id stick as much of it in ya backpack as possible and bring everything then dash it somewhere someone hopefully wont find. Then whoever you insured it via will then send out their people in game to go find it and you'll then receive it back via messages from that trader 👌🏻

Or if it all fits in my bag, id stick it all in there and bring it back for you the next raid 🤟🏼

Did a bit of checking online to see what other people recommend: Seems like streets filing cabinets are a good spot to hit. Generally tech spawns honestly. Technical supply crates usually got some of em, toolboxes too. I scav on reserve and find a good amount of them there, and if you are PMC you can go to the underground area with RB-PSP keys and get hella items from the tech crates there in the cages

The Train depot on woods, mainly that one garage to the left of the Mines extract has ALOT of tech spawns in it so i definitely recommend going there and checking that out

i keep hitting the underground in GZ for tech crates, but i am painfully unlucky finding them. They never once showed up in a toolbox so far.

Interchange isn't a good option to look for them unless i squad up.

Never find them on reserve myself, but i dont play that map often. Can you tell me which spots are good for that?

Haven't thought of train depot yet, but i generally dont have much luck getting there in the first place. Its with the BTR driver right?

The helicopter next to black bishop, just outside of black pawn to the right of the helicopter there is a technical crate right there, if you're feeling brave you can head down to the raider bunkers and check the tech crate in the middle. Also tech room in black bishop that you can just jump out the window for might spawn some. Not sure on that one though.

Inside of the K building next to the train station, The middle one directly infront of the train station has a tech crate in there, and K6 might have some loose tech spawns to the right of the building.

Also lastly black knight and the raider bunkers have ALOT of drawers if you're okay with searching 200 of them
