scavs have guns, like i mentioned, your kit is randomized each scav. for example, one scav life youll have a trash shotgun, and when your scav timer is up, the next one has a chance of being like a smg with attachments

I need help I feel as if I’ve tried everything to get better fps and there is no difference no matter what settings I use high low or medium certain tweaks or even apps like lasso nothin has helped i have a 3060 and ryzen 5600x cpu and on maps like custom only get 50 - 70 fps majority of the time im only getting 50 on streets i only get 30 - 40 fps any help is appreciated im losing my marbles

I'd personally run through the back of Dorms not infront. The reason is, a lot of PMC run from Factory Shacks to Dorms, Whilst if you run behind, you have cover from People. (If you count trees as cover)

To answer your question. I read a bit before answering. The answer is No. anything you buy/barter off a trader will not count as FIR (found in raid). Only items that you craft in your hideout or receive as a quest item will count.

It's been like years since I've played and I've been getting back into the game and idk if its me but I've never had this issue, i can not seem to win any pvp fights anywhere, i get 1 tapped headshot or 2 tapped to the thorax. I'm losing all of my pvp engagements no matter if i push or they do. no armor i wear seems to be useful, my ammo doesn't seem to matter if its terrible or good. i could honestly use real tips or info that I'm not aware of. its like I'm dead before i even have the chance to swing. any help would be extremely appreciated!

I’m not an expert at all but what I learned is that face to face fights are always not in anyone’s interest. You will have to learn to see your opponent before he sees you. I was always having no chance in fights like you described because other players know about where I am first because of my sounds and because I run and walk like it was call of duty. You have to hit the caps key so you walk silently in buildings and between corners. Learn to switch shoulders and peak corners. And it will take lots and lots of time to master this which is a thing I’m still working on. There is a streamer called “sleek ” I find his videos useful as he discusses the mindset more than gameplay

there is a little area on the right that u can climb up on. its not an extract you just follow the little area up top until you can jump on the train that leads u back into the main map. if you dont stay in the middle of the train you will blow up and die

Car extracts give you a lot of fence rep but diminishing returns. Killing PMC's who've hurt scavs/bosses gives rep too but then you have the problem of identifying scavs/PMC's so you don't make the problem worse.

Factory scav's the quickest to get extraction rep if you just rush an extract.

Hi All - Back again with stupid questions.
I'm sitting on about 15 million rubles and 20k of Euros and Dollars.
Is their a good/recommend build people use for basic raids?
I typically use a M4 or Scar-H with Ergo above 70 on mostly all raids.
Whilst Labs/Factory I use a MPX with a 60round Drum Mag.

Lot of guns for a lot of tasks and a lot of situations.
For general purpose you can do a medium caliber (545, 556) with a variable optic like the lvpo's or the valdays and such. For most budget runs I'd recomend a simple AKS 74u with light modding and see where that takes you.

Every little helps ya know.
I typically hoard and only pick up 545/556 with Pen greater than 35-40 and damage above the same.
I use the variable Scope whcih changed from ACOG(I think) to a Red Dot Sight.
trying to get better as a Sniper, so I run Woods and Reserve with a SV-98 and a M9A3 Pistol (Whichever is the one)

With variable I meant the ones that can do both 1x and magnified. Like the Valdays and the vudus. Acogs are fixed magnification (even tough somewhat underrated).
M9 pistol works with AP63 and better but a 5.7 pistol is the go to (loaded with l191 or 190).

Used to be worse since you needed a stupidly expensive reap-ir that was not suited to the range demanded by the quest.
Worst part is the supressor but the build is usable even tough it could be a lot better with the meta qdc supressor.

My two cents.

You have about 12 million roubles and $15,000 usd too much to be worried about gear fear. Just convert the roubles to fun and go have fun.

Now as to your question. If you like to rat around the 7.62x39 AKs shooting PS are a great value gun in the 250,000 roubles range. Something like the 2x Prism with a laser for point firing will build good habits for when to ADS and when to point fire.

If like to rip full auto then the NATO weapons have the RPM to apply the necessary DPS

You'll be surprised how often AKs come back in insurance

If you like stacking cash and value runs, I really enjoy Adars with 20 rounders. Replace the wood furniture with a daniel defense handguard and a cheap M4 pistol grip and stock. Your choice of red dot or flip up sights

That way if you find optics, tactical, muzzle devices, stocks, or foregrips in raid you can put them on

Tbh the M1A is one of the worst semi auto 762x51 slingers you can get. It's glory days are long behind it.
Prone sniping is probably the way to go to power trough that quest, very few people go out of their way to use one other than for that particular quest.
BCP ammo or better at minimum tho. Clicking heads might not work otherwise.

I killed a BEAR PMC. I then killed a scav coming to loot him, which made me traitor. I ended up killing five scavs total in order to exfil safely. Totally worth it, glad I did it. What I don't understand is that I did not receive any positive karma for killing a PMC

Tbh, the best advise I can give you and it’s usually accurate for most maps, there’s a spawn to your left and right, and sometimes in front. Learn Spawns, to prevent getting spawn killed

Hi there, when you first start pick up your quests from traders thats usually how you pick which map to play, first ones will be on ground zero. PvE is a great addon but not necessary since you can also do offline raids to learn maps

It just means I was annoyed I died so quickly, a scav raid is a raid using a scav instead of your main character. If you want to learn more about the overview of the game and scavs, pmcs, etc, I would really recommend yt. It's a great place to start and has helped me
