Getting killed in tarkov is a must. You cannot play tarkov without dying. Itl happen always. You could be desmond pilak or NoGenerals and youd still die. You just gotta learn and improve.

play on offline mode and learn the extractions. further try to learn a few pmcs spawns. it will help a lot in the beginning of the raid so you can predict where you will face players when the raid starts. also try to learn a few scav spawns so you can farm them and will not get shoot. on top of that try to lean the main point of interests of a few maps, so you can predict if you gonna face some pmcs roaming that area and those places have good loot if you don't find anyone

just some superficial tips but it can help in the very beginning

Ah its super super fun when you play a PVE shoreline raid, die to goons right at the start of the raid, restart the same map run into Partisan (luckily he got stuck and was a one tap to the head) carry on to get shot at by a few guys near the gas station stay by the beach to push closer to the pier IE objective, one tap a dude running while using crappy ak iron sights only to find out "Oh shit that was bird eye" and then get stuck at the bridge entrance to pier with either the other two goons or two pmcs, and then get shot from behind as well by either scavs or knight, and fucking die.

but to answer ur question yes - thing about pve is that the "pmcs" are just reworked raiders, the pmc limit per game isnt there (you can encounter 10pmcs on factory if not more) and they spawn during the game so u can clear an area and it wont matter

Depends on the map and how well you know it. No point in running your best gear if you don't know the map. You'll just lose it immediately. If you're really new id say it's even better to sell good gear and just run cheap kits.

What I honestly do is check the wiki and look to see is the item used for hideout, tasks, or barters. And also check the flea to see the price, Also if you find water filters do not sell them for a low ball price either hold onto them I know they take up space but once you get a booze maker going its gonna be good, even without the booze maker you can still sell the super water for a decent amount on PVE idk what PVP is though

guys i discovered that for tasks like shooter born in heaven or any task that requires you to kill pmcs, ground zero is really good

theres a few spots that overlook the whole map

and only new players play on that map so they are easier to kill
