offline raids are also never a bad idea, very underrated

-If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing/Practice Mode while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money. Practice mode is great for learning maps, learning loot runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses, and other core mechanics like hipfire. It's literally impossible to lose any money doing this, so it just stacks up while you learn a lot
-Stop running everywhere - sprinting is very loud and gives you away, it provides a lot of opportunity to ambush you. Whenever you're in high-traffic areas, be very disciplined about when you sprint.
-Have a goal in mind every raid, plan a route and try to stick roughly to it. If you notice a route failing 3 times in a row, change your route. This makes it easier to keep track of which routes actually work and which are reliably dangerous.
-Positioning is everything. In combat, frequently reposition, map knowledge is critical. Pick your fights, don't be afraid to retreat
-The first 5-7 minutes are the most dangerous. Don’t try to push for a task or cross the map too early. Hunker down or loot near your spawn, and let things get a little more predictable.
-Ammo is more important than guns, but you need to know how to use what ammo you have. High damage vs High penetration is a critical difference - double click on the rounds to see the values.
-Learn from every death, there's almost always a lesson, recording them and watching them back really helps improve
-Most importantly, have fun with it - don't be afraid to take a break if it's frustrating you too much.

hes probably one of the easier bosses to kill if you have decent gear. From Chek15 side you dont even need a nade to get it and after that his guards will just run to the mounted gun and while they do they dont shoot you or anything

Hey guys need some help. I am a mediocre player at this game, Id say 6 out of 10 deaths come from getting headshot and me not firing my gun once. I am looking for a good setup thats affordable but can still do well in pvp. I have been using BT ammo with the Aks lately but last game I hit a guy 15 out of 20 shots and he just ate everything.

what kind of loadout should i be deploying with for raids as a newbie? i know losing gear is just a big part of the gameplay loop, but my success rate as a solo player is low so i just want to prevent completely burning through all of my money and gear and being softlocked to scav raids every 30 min. but i also dont wanna deploy with a loadout that's still only going to put me at a disadvantage. what's a good balance?

A decent ish primary, SKS or AKS 74u are your best choices at low traders, supressed if you can.
Basic armour (paca will do fine ish against scavs), ratnik helmet (goat) and GSSH headset (cheapest option), a basic rig, some mags/loose ammo and a backpack of choice.
Tourniquet, bandage and cheese in pockets and hotkeyed, Car medkit also an option (recycle in hideout med station when low), spare meds and a stack of spare ammo in the secure container.

any body armor/helmet you have, csa chest rig from ragman since its cheap and you can put it in your backpack if you find a better on eand it holds more spaces than it takes up

and since you dont have flea im assuming then just build a cheap gun for whatever good ammo you have since you dont get access to good ammo until you get flea or level up traders

look for level 4 body armors off scavs in scav raids if you dont have any in stash

If you get the hang of things money isn't a concern much, a scav run even if you just rush straight to extract and sell everything will almost always give you a minimum of 100k to work with.

You can talk with them in text chat before joining the VC or go straight to the VC and introduce yourself. People in the LFG voice channels can either be looking for a group or they've just found one and have yet to move to an appropriate voice channel

fair enough, worst case scenario if you alt-f4 is you'll just have to reconnect to whatever map you transited to, and your character doesn't show up until you connect

survive as much as possible, you get a big boost to exp when you do

I'm about to uninstall this game and need some tips here guys. I've played tons of shooters and never had this problem before like this. I'm literally dying in every raid, every shootout. I've killed like 4 AI (doing PvE while I sort the game out) in 8 raids (all four in the first TWO raids with decent weapons). Lost ALL of my guns now (only going in with one at a time). I've purchased some and lost those. I have no backpacks. No vests. Nothing. Everything is lost. I have money and just continue to buy more crap. I've insured them and haven't gotten anything else back. I've gotten into shootouts and shoot them in the face, only to have them turn and one shot me. So either I figure this out or I uninstall it. I had ONE opportunity to extract with two weapons recovered and when I stepped to the side it pulled me out of the extract zone. The car drove off and I was one shot in the head.

-If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing/Practice Mode while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money. Practice mode is great for learning maps, learning loot runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses, and other core mechanics like hipfire. It's literally impossible to lose any money doing this, so it just stacks up while you learn a lot

you need two tool kits one for each panel can be done in separate raids. I suggest that you bring them in in your container so if you die you wont lose them. one panel is by the forklift spawn flashing red light on it. second is down the corridor in the same area the one with all the glass windows. both have the flashing red lights on them
