• ambush didn´t work? move
• you are being under fire, move
• rather bind painkillers then splint to move
• don´t push to predictable: utilize quick peaks, fake pushes, stay unpredictable

Always ask yourself: Am i to predictable?
Move, engage, retreat, fight, quest, do everything in a less predictable way. Take less predictable paths on the map, don´t leave scav bodies that make others predict your movements.

so if anyone was here yesterday for my internet issues - basically while in lobby the game would crash my entire internet. never in raid. If you look this up it is a problem other players have experienced specifically with tarkov

i believe I have fixed it....I did two things, one of them worked, not sure which. Making sure I only have a few low ping servers selected on the launcher and making sure my modem and router are plugged directly into the wall and not a powerstrip as power draw could have been causing them to reset.

Cultists are pretty rare and most of the wipe they are low % spawn chance. They lay down on spots so they are hard to see. Also they have some weird AI so sometimes they will insta shoot at you with really good ammo or they might run up to you and try to knife you

But they dont make any footsteps so you cannot hear them

yeah sure, they can have some amazing stuff. But they are probably the hardest boss to fight sometime and sometimes they can be really easy

-If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing/Practice Mode while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money. Practice mode is great for learning maps, learning loot runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses, and other core mechanics like hipfire. It's literally impossible to lose any money doing this, so it just stacks up while you learn a lot
-Stop running everywhere - sprinting is very loud and gives you away, it provides a lot of opportunity to ambush you. Whenever you're in high-traffic areas, be very disciplined about when you sprint.
-Have a goal in mind every raid, plan a route and try to stick roughly to it. If you notice a route failing 3 times in a row, change your route. This makes it easier to keep track of which routes actually work and which are reliably dangerous.
-Positioning is everything. In combat, frequently reposition, map knowledge is critical. Pick your fights, don't be afraid to retreat
-The first 5-7 minutes are the most dangerous. Don’t try to push for a task or cross the map too early. Hunker down or loot near your spawn, and let things get a little more predictable.
-Ammo is more important than guns, but you need to know how to use what ammo you have. High damage vs High penetration is a critical difference - double click on the rounds to see the values.
-Learn from every death, there's almost always a lesson, recording them and watching them back really helps improve
-Most importantly, have fun with it - don't be afraid to take a break if it's frustrating you too much

Honestly they're pretty f'n rare, best you'll find is like a 20 round pack of BP every 5 raids or so checking ammo spawns. Best bet is to complete Intimidator and turn your PP into BP

• choose unpredictable paths on the map
• peak unpredictable angles if you push (also: utilize quick peak and right hand peak)
• don´t kill scavs, that don´t bother you (creates a sound for others to hear)

don´t pick fights on their terms:

• Did they see you first and engage you first?
• Do you see you are loosing a fight?
• Are you more predictable then them
  --> Retreat

And finally: just record yourself fight

A critical melee hit is when you deal a multiplier of the regular melee damage. I think it's 1.5 but not totally sure. Max strength makes it more likely.
