That way you see what quests are in between. Some previous quests also may havea a lvl requirement

I'm talking about the LOADOUT preset system and NOT about the weapon preset system.
I'm level 1, i created a preset with a pp19 (you can buy it without problems to prapor as all you know), a bank robber rig,medicines and other things you can buy normally from traders and then i save the preset.
When i try to load the preset it says that obviously i have to buy the things i missing so i click equip and then when i have to buy the things that are avaiable normally to the trades it's ecerything greyed out and it says locked or not avaiable.
Also for example the pp19 is totally avaiable to prapor but in the loadout preset when i have to buy it it says that i have to buy the pp19 AND other pieces of the pp19 like the grip....again i'm talking about the LOADOUT PRESETS so is not about to unlock the workbench level1 for the weapons presets.

on guns id wait like 7-8 points at least for each repair

on armor it depends a lot because some armors have terrible repairability and some have excellent

Once time again i ask for some problem.

Use MP-153 or -155 and just pull the trigger until you hear it click. Aim for the upper torso and the recoil should pull up into their head by the fourth or sixth round.

Or, use BMG .50 slugs and a scope, treat it like sniping.

Often the core component is only available as part of a full weapon

The point is replacement or alternative parts eg you want a shorter barrel, different stock and so on, most components are available just in case.
In your case you are missing the reciever, the gun itself which is not available from traders.
If you were to buy a mosin and take every component off you'd be left with the reciever. The M4A1 for example has the reciever available from traders.

There is also a sniper variant of this reciever that has holes drilled into it where a mount for optics can be attached, which is why you can't put a mosin scope on every mosin.

That’s not a negative, just much darker
A negative would be green appearing magenta
Just something that happens when you look through scopes with NVGs
Some aren’t as bad but anything magnified gets quite a bit darker

Depends, using no silencer is basically inviting trouble to find you, I'M a guy that goes after all gunshots for instance. If that is what you want, then go ahead. Using a silencer means you can reasonably kill scavs without getting bothered by PMC's looking for pvp.

What headphones did you have on, some have been tweaked to be super quiet. Razors, excels, Comtac 2, and tac sports have all been VERY quiet for me since the wipe

If you have access to flea market, Buy one of every headphone that you can afford. And if not that just go to all your traders and buy one of each headphone that you can buy, and test them in an offline raid. It’s crazy how quiet some are now
