Do a ranked arena, then go back to tarkov do a raid (can be with scav) then load up arena and load main game back up and that should sync it. It's a little tedious but it worked for me.

If you were able to obtain the package without the need to transit, then you should be able to stash it without the need to transit.
However, you do have to use the transit in order to mark off the transit part of the quest.

do mechanic one, as theres nothing to lose and its fun.
you die in the therapist task you need to get a new labs card. not that it matters but it just adds a bit of tension if youre doing marathon for the first time
