I just had a PMC shooting at me from flare scav at Mira ave extract, he ki lled 3 other scavs. I had a nade so i went to top of stairs, and killed him, but he popped flair 2 seconds before so i knew his general location. How do I make leg meta work when an opponent knows where I am and has strong gear

All I have is weak ammo and sometimes not a full auto. Should I not even bother if I don't have a shotgun or full auto

look, obviously the higher level the better gear will be. It's just the game and it's a reward for progression. Yes it makes gun fights harder for new players, but you have until level 20 to play ground zero and fight people with similar gear and what not
