Just grind one more level, not that hard. MCC, Intel and GPU are the biggest W here but you're just going to have to wiki/flea market search each item individualy to learn it's worth, you can only ask others to have a look so often and many things have one specific use but are otherwise worthless (eg quest item not needed for anything else and since we don't know if you have completed those specific quests yet we can't accurately help you with every item)

Make sure you have sound turned high enough and something better than the earpieces out of an ipad4 case, if anything you could look into using a sound equalizer some people like it, try using something else than xcels and Sordins too, they're good but some of the sound tuning can be really bassy/low on sordins and some people have preferences

You need to realize that while you are at a disadvantage, there are strategies you can employ to do better with what you have access to. You 100% can take down 3 mans with a pp19 with pst and a couple grenades. You just can't do it the same way you can if you had PBP instead. Adapting to the scenario at hand is what makes a good Tarkov player.

So backpacks don't give you extra space. It's better to just stack backpacks inside of each other. A lot of rigs give you more space than they take up though. Also, before you get cases for your ammo, mags, meds, etc, auto sorting your stash is your best friend.
