Is there some secret to getting quests done in Customs without being swarmed by lvl 40s with high tier guns and gear? I've died 10 raids in a row trying to get some key in the dorms for a quest. If it's not the players, it's the swarm of scavs that seem to appear out of no where. Feels like the players know exactly where I am everytime. Even if I'm sitting in some corner on the edge of the map. I don't get it.

for class 4, I find the tc-800 barter to be my personal favorite, unless I'm going for a Bastion+slap

it can be as cheap as 40-45k for the tc-800 barter, depending on survey maps and hdd prices.

but that barter is Peacekeeper Loyalty 2, so maybe not available for standard edition accounts, early on.

Lvl3 helmets will save you from pretty much all scav rounds in the game, well as long as you aren't meeting a scav that has a vpo with ap ammo that is. As for PMC ammo, well lvl3 helmets all have a chance to bounce, so its better than wearing no helmet.

Okay, so interchange mantis will be your best pick in middle of the mall. Customs will be the crackhouse or big fortress with mounted machine guns and grenade launcher. Woods has a huge medical camp on the opposite side of the map to outskirts and another med area in uses camp

i just love how u can hear someone and be prone so they dont expect u inside the grass, but then its an ai scav and it one taps u when u dont see him 😄

you cannot. and ricochet isnt just based on the helmet, but the round

the only stuff with ricochet chance is things like certain glasses

that you can read i mean

usually scavs wont spawn anywhere you can visually see them. this isnt always the case, but its a safer bet if you do a lap and get like 1-200m away and circle back, after some time

if you can see a place, the game will try to spawn them out of sight and if there isnt a place for that, not at all

just a uhhh kill scavs with buckhot or slugs while aiming at their heads, i always do it with buckshot on places like scav island, powers station, port, around the truck near swamp village

not a lot of tips to give just go and kill scavs

oh, then you can sit in a bush for like 15 mins and wait for them to kill eachother or fuck off. you can use that time to cook something, clean your house maybe read. then you come back and play the raid with like 60% less players to bother you

just hit Alt + F4 and itll close your game, without removin you from the raid

if you hit ESC > leave game then you dc'd from the raid and cant come back
