Tarkov tracker is a great tool to check in raid, what you need for quests/hideout and what you already have

It's like even in the real special units you have to do shakedown tasks to get assigned to high values and based on seniority you go on higher importance missions, so if this is a true "simulator" I don't think it's ok to match newbies (with under 100hours) with people with 10k+ hours

I played a wipe with standard, loved the game and upgraded to EOD for the next wipe as I found out it was being removed permanently. As someone who has only 2 hours a day to play the game, I found my progression to be much faster due to the 0.2 starting rep.

Yea but you don't really need all the stash space. It's super handy, but if you just get good at managing it you can make due with a much smaller stash
