someone once told me it only drops to like 7 if u are 10 or higher but idk if true

Otherwise I think ibuprofen and vaseline are both good. ibuprofen is good for only taking -17 water and 0 food (energy loss kills you faster) and taking 5s to use. Vaseline is balanced in taking -9 of both food and water, and takes 6s to use. Any painkiller is good in combination with propitals, zagustin, etg, etc... in an injectors case.

At the 2 minute (surpassed time) mark, if the boss is in your raid you should not get packetloss. If he is not there you will get packet loss at EXACTLY the time of 2 minutes passed.
If you then are in a raid with the boss, sprint to his spawns and toss flashbangs everwhere, so you can hear where he is.
