Absolutely! I try to play slower, it's just that I can't ever hear people and always seem to get caught in the open. Timing in this game is killing me too. Somehow everytime I choose to cross there is someone. Had I waited 10 seconds longer I would've caught him out.

Yeah i try not to run too much when Im near hot areas. Especially on a map with fucked audio like interchange (AHEM reserve bunkers ). Knowledge obviously here is the number 1 tip. You'll learn the map over time, you'll understand the spawns, the timings, the rotations, and the shortcuts. It just takes time, but eventually you'll know away around. Plus, it's tarkov. This shit is gonna happen all the time- you need to get to that one store and you die to some player scav setting in an empty room. Don't beat yourself over it, enjoy the learning process between each death. Worst case scenario, if youre getting frustrated with a quest, set it aside for awhile and go do a different quest. Come back to it a different day when you have more quests stacked up for that map. Anything that can help with your mental and get you through the trying times of tarkov

Oh no not the bunkers! I'm still on bunker part 1 aswell lmao. Both interchange and reserve are maps I just cant seem to get good at. It might be the lack of options for extracts or how everyone tries to go in one spot. Other maps feel so much easier for me. I'm going to start with a pistol loadout for now to try and learn interchange a bit and try to get this quest done.

-You want to get one map down well. Don’t spread yourself thin early on. Focus on getting good enough at one map you can always go back there and make money if you need to, then go learn others. Start anywhere but Factory. Don't spend too much time on Ground Zero.
-If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing/Practice Mode while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money. Practice mode is great for learning maps, learning loot runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses, and other core mechanics like hipfire. It's literally impossible to lose any money doing this, so it just stacks up while you learn a lot
-Hipfire is good, using a laser and hipfiring is an important mechanic to start practicing. Use practice mode
-Stop running everywhere - sprinting is very loud and gives you away, it provides a lot of opportunity to ambush you. Whenever you're in high-traffic areas, be very disciplined about when you sprint.
-Have a goal in mind every raid, plan a route and try to stick roughly to it. If you notice a route failing 3 times in a row, change your route. This makes it easier to keep track of which routes actually work and which are reliably dangerous.
-Positioning is everything. In combat, frequently reposition, this is just one of the reasons map knowledge is critical and should be built and practiced ASAP. Pick your fights, don't be afraid to retreat
-Ammo is more important than guns, but you need to know how to use what ammo you have. High damage vs High penetration is a critical difference - use an ammo chart.
-Learn from every death, there's almost always a lesson, recording them and watching them back really helps improve
-Most importantly, have fun with it - don't be afraid to take a break if it's frustrating you too much.

streets is well known for being badly optimized, have you made sure that you ticked the setting ''streets of tarkov lover texture resolution mode'' in the graphic settings
