All i'm doing is that I lost all my gear after being shot 5 mins into my first few raids. then I tried to play scav i can't reach extraction points and the 30 min mandatory wait between scav raids are momentum killer. I'm loosing any fun factor so any advices?

have u tried scaving interchange? i got like 10min queues

and i had this issue in the start to maybe your shift W to much ? take your time with walking hearing looking etc.
