don't get me wrong, by about 44 you can have all the items/quests done besides that one if your really aiming for it

and it's not a bad goal to have, but were going to start getting stupid events

for example, all the bosses last 3 days were not spawning, now they are all spawning on streets

I'm not quite sure how the relation between ergo and weight is, as through my own testing I've yet to find a relation. I can tell you that much that it is most likely not a linear relation. It's some sort of curve, just don't know what curve.

For example, the high ergo stock on the G28 is actually going to lower the performance of your weapon in regards to barrel overswing on ADS over the low ergo stock, simply because it weighs more.

4kg is really good, 6kg isn't very good no.
I've found that as a general rule of thumb you want your ergo to weight ratio to be over 9 ergo per kg if you want 0 weapon overswing on ADS. (in reality the sweetspot is somewhere between 8 and 9, depending on your weight.)
Basically, a weapon with 8 ergo weight ratio will have an effective ADS time of just over 1 second, if you have ergo weight ratio of 9 the effective ADS time will be 0.1s. No joke, count the frames.

That being said, only focus on ergo/weight if you have a scope on your gun, without a scope ergo/weight is mostly redundant as the ADS time really don't play much of difference in your engagement speeds.

If you look on a pure ergo and recoil point of view, the SR-25 beats out the G28 any day of the week, but the G28 is super light, it's very easy to get it into the ergo/weight sweetspot, making it effectively 10 times faster on ADS.
The only real way of determining it though, is by doing actual testing. I'll try to get together a website that allows you to plot in your ergo and weight and then get the result if you're going to be within our outside the sweetspot, but that's for another time later in december when I have time.

The biggest factor for weight that you can really do anything about other than just mods in general, is mags and how many bullets you fit. A 20 rounder for 7.62x51 weights .6kg, while a 10 rounder is 0.3 kg. Might not seem like a lot, but if that's what you need to get within the sweetspot it could be worth the sacrifice.

Because of this "sweetspot" magic, the actual ADS speed as in how quickly your guy brings the gun up to his face, I've found to be mostly irrelevant.

8 ergo per kg is too low. The sweetspot is somewhere between 8 and 9 ergo per kg, as per my own testing using different weapons.
Like I said I'll probably set up a website that allows you to quickly figure out if you're within or outside the sweetspot, but as per now the only real way of doing it is through a lot of testing and checking if the weapon oversways when ADSing.

But as long as it's within your error margins you're going to be alright, the closer you are to the sweetspot the less overswing you will have, but once you hit the sweetspot you go from... 20 MOA overswing to nothing at all just by removing a single bullet from the mag. It's really strange. So it's defintely an actual sweetpot you need to hit to get rid of overswing.

If you don't consider Full auto to be a necessity, if you're going to use it as a DMR for example. I personally never fire in full auto, so an ADAR is just a cheaper M4. Don't quote me on that though as I have not looked into the actual stats of the stripped weapon. However for the DMR role there are usually better options like the TX-15 or AUG A3 for example.

@bleak oak singel fire vs full auto, there is a comparison, but yes, usually having full auto is just a bonus if you look aside from mental aspects. However saying that is it "not nearly as good" i don't agree with in the slightest.

DMRs with low calibers can still work very well, and especially considering the fact that 5.56 is a very high velocity bullet makes it a great workhorse for headshots.
