it was the first map i decided to learn so idk how much easier others are, but just split the map into 3 sections (bottom left, bottom right and top part). bottom left is all from the left side of the big lake, and same for right side. top part is everything above Lumber (Logs). Start learning extracts and how they look, then everything inbetween them (look for recognizable rocks and landmarks). after learning edges of the map (mostly around the lake) start working your way upwards, look for recognizable roads and abandoned vehicles to help you navigate. Thats how I learned the outline of the map, now im just looking for details, but scared to do it in a raid. idk if this helped but i tried xd

OK maybe I articulated my tip poorly. Get one scav junkbox for stuff you don't want to sell (hideout and future quest stuff) and get an extra box just for junk you want to sell. Unload your barter items that aren't important into the later one each raid, and just sell all the stuff in the second when it fills up. Because you can group list the stuff in the box when its full, you save a lot of time between raids
