no bios controls the system settings that the parts have by default and allow you to adjust settings, once you set xmp youll save and exit bios and it will restart back to windows like normal but the ram will be operating at the speed it advertised on the box

Go to any of those places, except maybe usec, and you are absolutely bound to find another player
