@open glade recently I've picked up a unique playstyle, where I usually survive 7-8 raids in a row before I die. Assuming there's a cheater in half of my raids, as goat did show. That's a lot of cheaters that I'm surviving against. Thing is, in raid I might be sitting in a bush somewhere, for.. 10 minutes. Then suddenly i hear a grenade rolling from behind me, I run and barely get away alive, NEVER see the guy, although the kill would be easy when I'm wounded in the open. The way you die to cheaters is... Strange, because they have to avoid getting detected.

Make a better anticheat, you'll be running into that issue a lot more often

If i die to a cheater assuming it's a legit player, I'm going to apply knowledge learned against a cheater to regular people, knowledge that isn't even true. Example: sit in a building window: Poof, you dead: now you think that window is a death sentence, although in reality it's a great window but a hacker killed you

9 times out of 10 if it was a headshot, look back at the clip and if you see more than one bullet making its way to the same spot in your cranium, its a cheater

I've f'ed my wipe stats, so it says 2 PMC KD, but even I do play seriously I tend to get around 1.25 kills on average per raid if I were to guess. Usually I get 1 kill, sometimes 2, sometimes 0. Sometimes who knows how many. But that's still a pmx kd of 10.

Tarkov is such an open game. In CS or whatever, the best player will be the one who has the most wins.... Right? (Even in CS it's far from that simple). Tarkov is an extremely open game, you play however you want to play. The only way to decide who is the best player is to host a competition where the goal is something, then you will determine who is the best at doing something. Nothing else. A kills per hour tournament isn't going to find the player who gets the highest k/d, or the fastest to get kappa.

From a proper “Timmy” perspective - found in raid is cool, although I haven’t played before it was implemented so I can’t say much but it feels more rewarding when you actually find something you need in raid. But not being able to buy anything above average from flea and raising lvls of traders for like class 5 armours is a shot in a kneecap for me. And I know I’m not the “average player” in fact I’m miles below average as tarkov is the first fps game I’ve ever played. been playing on and off for a while but I never even got to lvl 4 traders and lvl 27? For a prapor and first lvl 5 armour is a mission for me. Not even there yet and there’s a wipe soon

I've devoted my life to being a sniper in the last couple weeks, I'm getting a KD of about 10, and survive 8 or so raids in a row on average before I hit the ground.
Sure it's a really slow way to play the game, but I think it's a lot of fun and it's just fun to be that "ghost recon" guy.

no way, you have to keep in mind that an 80% sr is equal to surviving on average 4 raids in a row before dying.
And that's on avarage, sometimes you'll have some death streaks.
4 deaths in a row means you have to do 4 sessions where you survive 8 raids in a row.

right now with my current playstyle I'm sitting at around 89% survival rate (not account stats, just an estimate of my last couple of weeks)

so that's surviving 8 raids in a row on average.
Just goes to show.
going from 4 raids in a row to 8 raids in a row only gives you an additional 9% survival rate.
If you want a 95% survival rate you would have to survive exactly 19 raids in a row on avarage.

I recommend doing your usual runs, but with a bolty and a pistol. Makes fights really rewarding and forces to take and flow a fight a little differently. Still push all the hotspots you usually would. Just rock the pistol and bolty. It's a fun combo, but especially when you don't just sit back and snipe

A rogue is an AI with a lot better aim and loot than scavs, you can find rogues in the water treatment plant on lighthouse but be careful because they ain’t friendly
