I've never heard of that way of managing gear. It would not be enjoyable for me; this game is like 50% raids and 50% inventory management, and I enjoy it that way.

Turning off all AI in offline mode lets you familiarize yourself with the map and wander around. Playing with AI mode lets you practice shooting, and you won't have to worry about losing items. Of course, anything you pick up in the map can't be taken out; it's just a practice mode.

Turned EFT on for the first time today, went to update and instantly got thrown into a file verification. After it verified it asked me to repair the files. Proceeded to do that 2 more times. After that I allowed me to open the game, when it did I was stuck on a permanent black screen and it was floating. I then decided to try and delete the game to redownload. When I do that I get a error telling me I'm missing a " C:\Battlestate Games\EFT\Uninstall.exe " file. Attempted to uninstall 6-7 times, nothing. I then deleted the launcher thinking maybe by doing that it'll let me uninstall the game. Didn't work so I gave up.
