keep in mind, you will compete with players for the boss kills. The problem right now is, that people can tell based on Yes/no-packet loss, if a boss is spawned and then rush them.

to much to tell here in chat. The great thing about streets is, that great loot is all over the map. I recommend watching a looting guide and a key guide for streets. Keys are very cheap for streets with great profit.

depends on the values
the general rule is if an armor is at half HP, it drops an armor class
so if the choice is between a 50% class 6 and a 80% class 5, go for the class 6
there are considerations for materials and such, but thats the general rule

Yes they are an ok T5 armour, it can take a few shots. It falls off when repairing as it will only last you 2-3 raids depending on how much damage you take. It also has some movement penalitys and is quite heavy. I personally dont use it, i sell it to ragman. But it all depends on what youre doing

FMJ and Geska have trouble penning level 3 which is the default after about a week into a new wipe. Especialy for helmets this is an issue.
I tend to use EKO untill class 4 starts to become common, then other calibers untill AP-M is unlocked from traders
