They're static, have a look at the wiki, and look at the "other options" for the other two tasks. Pay attention to the penalty for failing one of the quests though! You will have to buy back reputation with the 2 vendors you neglect, and you will lose a lot of rep with them, for some of them you may be able to afford this rep loss, but others you may not, and for the likes of skier? He would have you pay him back a million roubles, the other two aren't so extreme, but they can still be costly.
Personally I gave mine to skier to avoid paying the million, just because I find it tedious to have the quest outstanding, but this is such a nitpick, I could have afforded to lose the reputation, in which case I probably should have gone Therapist for the injectors case, but again, all subject to opinion.

Early on your best options are:
UMP-45s (buy Knives at Fence and trade to Peacekeeper) with FMJ is the best option, but the most costly,
Mosin from Prapor with FMJ is great if you like bolt actions,
KEDR-B or PPSH are both good for close-range high-damage guns you can spray legs or face with.
If you can find good 545 or 762x39 then those are also options.

If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing/Practice Mode while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money. Practice mode is great for learning maps, cache runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses, and other core mechanics like hipfire. It's literally impossible to lose any money doing this, so it just stacks up while you learn a lot

you can load it fully with out ejaction the one in the chamber. What you do is euip another weapon (like your knife) and then you open your inventory and drag the ammo on the mosin, that will reload it to 5/5

Lots of practice while dying. Record your deaths if you can and watch them back. Figure out what you could've done to bare minimum extend the fight. Then start thinking about light usage, grenades, flanks you could've done, better angles to have held, noise to have made, etc

It's a solid suppressor and it goes on 7.62x51 and 5.56 weapons. Isn't that expensive
Ngl though I just realized you're running a bolt action. I honestly go for whatever supressor has the lowest ergo penalty, because recoil reduction doesn't really matter
