sell everything that does not have the found from raid marker, the white check mark, everything that looks like a barter item or a furniture (rooster on example) sell to Therapist, and after selling everything without the white mark, sort out the ones that you couldnt sell to therapist without the white mark and go to fence, Fence buys alot of PC or intelligence related items, such as SDiary, SAS, Intelligence folder ETC, and once youve reached LVL 15, sell everything with the white marker to fleamarket, but my personal recommendation is to keep atleast 1 of each low price item for future find and transfer quests, on example batteries, cigarettes and so

in Gunsmith missions, Mechanic wants you to build a weapon and then you must give it to him, its as simple as that, but keep in mind, during early wipe, the weapon parts may be ridiculously expensive, on example the skeleton Shift grip is selling for 300k when i was doing them

for weapon parts, sell them to Mechanic if you want profit, for ammo, either Mechanic or Prapor, not too sure myself

Helmets do not have hit boxes, the head does. Helmets cover head hit boxes for example head,top even if u don’t hit the helmet itself as long as u hit for example head top it will act as u hit the helmet

For most scopes on the M4 you need to remove the carryhandle iron sights first since they take up the same slot as most scopes. It is also a good idea to swap out the gas block if you can for one that does not block the sight. For the MP-5's you need a rail from peacekeeper to put on top.
GPU's are good loot, hold on to them because you need three for a quest later.

You need one in your inventory to go to labs, it is consumed when you spawn in.
It's good money and somewhat common in player scav loadouts, best to sell on flea if you don't intend to go to labs yourself.
If you get coloured keycards however, book it straight to extract, sells for litteral millions

Depends on the item in question and the demand for it

Meta gun components for example can go up to 100-200k a piece on the flea but sell for less than 20k to vendors

There are far too many items to describe in detail what to sell to the flea, what to sell to the traders and what to discard out of hand, you'll learn after a wipe or two what is valuable so don't fret too much. You probably didn't waste too much money selling to traders if at all.

Most stuff barely matters wether you sell to traders/flea but there are notable examples

One example being MP-7 40 round magazines, late game trader unlock and a meta component so people are willing to pay up to a 100k per magazine on the flea while vendors barely pay 10

But no need to worry about the random bits and pieces you sell, most default components are borderline worthless.

When you unlock flea just filter by item to see if it has any more worthwhile value to the flea than to traders, you'll learn over time what is valuable and what isn't.

if you get a lot of kills in raid, or go to hotspot for PVP then sicc is better, otherwise doc case is better for loot as it allows you to shove documents like diary, sas drive, ssd, manuals, etc up your bum

T4 has a lot of armor that nobody loots, I think there are pieces you can insure and be basically guranteed to get back

OTV Body armor? Mh, I would insure that. Its easy to loot, thats the downside, but it is not part of the top-tier t4 armor.
I would say, you have a rather high chance to get it back.
