Reserve is a difficult map to survive as pmc, because the extracts are conditional. Easiest map in the game is woods, but it can be a bit hard to navigate since it is mostly woods. But if you understand the map and can navigate it, you have nearly already mastered the map.

Yes, but that does not mean the map is not easy to navigate, thats like saying, interchange is not easy to navigate, because its the map were you will be killed the most in your spawn (factory excluded). The entire extracts of Interchange are basically gigantic chokepoints, thats why you have so many extract campers on the map.

I only use assault rifles, these are the best of both worlds you can auto fire and "snipe" with single target fire. You find them rather often on Scavs, all the AKM guns and the AKS guns, are great early weapons in my opinion.
For me personally, what is important is to put a Flashhider on the muzzle of the gun, because than it is a lot easier to aim and shoot, since there is less obstruction.
But over all the most important part of building a gun is putting a sight on it, no matter what guns you choose, you should try to always have a sight on it.

They often require you to find some specific weapon attachment in raid or have a "high" trader level to buy it.
For most of these quests all parts can be bought from the trader and only one part can't (or is at a high ll trader). That part will also be very expensive on the flea.

You can go to the wiki and click through the quest chain and look what is needed, and then keep an eye out for it in raid, maybe you get lucky

1. 99% of the pool is in the scav case, maybe 96% but you can get almost anything including key cards
2. They have different 'slots' Intel is keys and moonshine is gear is the best way to look at it, but far from perfect.
3. Increase scav rep but it wont go down by much!

ammo cases are obtainable early on, and grenade cases arent very useful
injector case will up ur survival rate

Prapor gives 2 ammo cases, skier gives a grenade case, and therapist gives a injector case

Prapor and skier will give you the "No offence" and the "Loyalty buyout" respectively

Prapor wants 7 M62 grenades, and skier wants 1m rubles, if you complete those quests, it'll give you back the rep you lost with them
