You can just scav on Customs and always run to room 205, you will get it rather fast.

Questing costs money, scav and scav often use your scav to learn where good loot spawns on the map. Always make sure you have room in your inventory. A full stash is a death sentence for your wallets

the honest, and for new players often unsatisfactory answer, is that you have to be able to extract more as pmc, then you will become rich. There is no point in doing some special loot routes or buying the most expensive keys, if you are not managing to extract.
Experienced players often say "its easy to be rich in tarkov", thats because if you extract a lot, you will be rich automatic

After killing a looting him and taking a VEPR hunter I remembered the mosin and I was gonna take his front and rear sights. My decision of going back for those sights got us killed.
