To add to what EnTo said. Its not all randome. There are specific items that are not random and have a fixed spawn. Also loot in a medic bag (were items from a specific loot-table can spawn) is also not 100% random, but there is a certain chance and the more valuable the item is, the lower is the chance for it to spawn.

There are 3 fundamentals.

1. Knowing the map and how to extract the map.
2. Knowing how to fight.
3. Knowing how to loot.
   If you are new the 1. is the most important step of them all, there is no point in learning how to loot, if you don't know how to extract out of a round.
   You should open a map on your second monitor for the map you are playing and use that to learn step 1.
   A successful raid for you should be to enter and get out alive.

yes

unbind emergency weapon reload, unbind "check time" and change "check time and exits" to Press instead of double click, unbind overhead blind fire and fold or unfold stock they are useless

you can also bind Aim to Press and hold breath to release on right mouse button so when you hold RMB you aim in and when you let go you hold your breath

I personally swap emergency reload to T since they are faster when you don't have the .3 ms delay for double press.

and you can change Slot 0 to the same key as any other slot of your choosing but put it as release instead so you can bind 2 meds to the same button

For the vehicle extracts, does the car either spawn or not spawn, or does it like roll into the extract zone during the raid so at like the 20 minute mark for example, the customs dorms gates open and the SUV reverses into the extract area waiting?

I’ve learned the extracts and locations of all the other maps pretty well, by going off of a map on my second monitor and landmarks ect. But when it comes to woods, I cannot find a way out unless I have outskirts lol. Even with the woods map pulled up, I still get so lost. Is there any landmarks or some other way you guys figure out where your going and how to find extracts in that map?

Unfortunately you can't pick up and task specific items on a scav, scavs are solely used to make you money, find items for your hideout, or "found in raid" task items, however items which spawn specifically for a particular task, like in the case of the letter on woods, cannot be obtained by your scav.

You can trade some tools to mechanic for a juiced mp133 that has the rail if you can't find a hard drive. Go do interchange and hit all the offices and you can probably find a hard drive for the part barter.

Or get to 15 and flea everything XD

You can scav interchange to get the hard drive. There are a lot of computers across it, office for each of the major businesses (idea/oli/the red one), plus at the power station and in the tech store.
