not for early, reserve is complicated and tbh customs, woods and maybe interchange is where you want to learn first

interchange i heard was really really good with cache runs thats why i rec that. customs for basic runs and tasks, its also a very straight forward map and not very large so its easy to learn. woods for cache runs and tasks. pvp is good on woods but easy to get lost

but play your way its an open ended game if you learn the guns, gunplay, and map you want to run with its all you man

So you're telling me that after I searched for a quest needed body armor for like a day and extracted as soon as I got it, It makes it not found in raid, because I extracted too fast? Like come on bruh, how was I supposed to know that.

Wipe is in august somewhere, end wipe events are going on. I'd say it's worth it to start because Tarkov has a big learning curve, i'd reccomend starting now so you can put a little bit of that curve behind you so you don't fall too far behind when the new wipe drops. Bonus is that you don't need to worry about losing your gear since the wipe gives you a fresh set of starter equipment anyways.
Disclaimer though, end wipe means just about everybody except you is running top tier gear so you're not likely to win PvP. Grouping up in this discord is reccomended.

It's more complex than just "good" vs "bad"
Ammo has 2 qualities that you should focus on - Damage and Penetration.
Damage is the damage done to unarmored parts of the target.
Penetration is the ability of an ammo type to get through particular tier of armor.
Both matter, and it's most important that you know what side of the spectrum your ammo leans.
So if you're using penetration forward ammo - you know you can aim for head and chest.
If you're using damage forward ammo, you should be aiming for legs, face, or other exposed areas.
