When I was starting I practiced my mechanics on factory with medium or high bots. Turn the difficulty to hard/insane and you will need to kill them instantly when they line of sight you.

No where close to how players play, but it’s good practice to warmup your movement & get familiar with your gun and mag count. Healing etc

I have a very similiar PC with my friend but my friend for some reason has 40fps more than me, i get below 60fps on just about every big map, using a scope tanks my fps on certain maps all the way down to 30-40 fps. could be a ram issue or bloatware. otherwise if you were to upgrade, you should focus cpu for this game imo. i used to play on a 2060 and went up to a 3070 and didnt really see much difference. again, with your dodgy ram setup, it could just be stability and or bloatware if you say you and your friend have similar pcs
