I don’t know about MOA, but with recoil the lower the value the less recoil, so you want to keep that value low, depending on the weapon horizontal recoil isn’t a priority to get super low, but to find out which weapons your really just have to use them since the numbers don’t say everything
For better accuracy try to get higher ergo and a longer barrel
But someone much more knowledgeable will come and tell you the exact statistics hopefully
