• pop etg for heal and to counter bleeds
• heal thorax and head with your medkit
• then maybe pop bleed stim which if you use blue blood will give you additional heals
• then pop propital

And zagustin tanks 40 hydration while blue blood tanks 60 energy but has nice 1,5hp/sec heal

Ammo has 2 qualities that you should focus on - Damage and Penetration.

Penetration is the ability of an ammo type to get through different levels of armor.

So if you're using penetration forward ammo - you know you can aim for head and chest.
