Don’t spend too much time in offline though, it’s best to play as much PMC as possible

No. That's the benefit of moving it from, the task inventory to the task stash. If it's in the task inventory you will lose it. Just remember to move it back to the inventory before you go to finish the task otherwise you won't be able to place it

You're telling him to sell plenty of gear that works fine for low level pmc runs. Also its tougher than you think for new players to kill rogues

you can walk into the rogue camp as usec, not the building, and cant go on rooftop

Rogues will engage USEC players if you shoot at them from anywhere on the map, or if you enter into the plant at all by crossing the fences. If you aren't getting shot its only because no rogues are near you.

Most important thing when it comes to scavs is getting to good hard cover. If you start getting shot at or hear one yelling, DO NOT turn and look for them - run hard to cover. They're bad at hitting you if you're sprinting, so this works pretty well. Once you get to cover, look for them but don't look too long, if you can't find them then either disengage or sprint cover to cover searching
Scavs also don't care about soft cover/concealment
