Put grizzly in butt, bring basic army bandage and 1 esmarch/CAT/hemostat in your pockets to 'fix' a bleed immediatly via hotkeying the bandage to #4 and #5 respectively. Then you use the grizz when in cover to heal the injury. Thats my budget heal setup.

5.56 mdr or scar are good budget ARs if you can get m8556a1 at least. If you can’t get that, you could go for an AK, I built a decent aks74ub the other day, with the jmac muzzle brake instead of a suppressor, and I was able to get a low recoil and high ergo for pretty cheap. You may have to spend a little more though@I can’t remember what parts I got from traders

Im not sure if you’re dying to player scavs, or getting beamed by raiders/gluhar, cause scavs don’t really spawn up by dome,
And normal scavs wouldn’t aggro from that far away.

Yeah again that usually shouldn’t happen, I don’t think ai scavs will aggro if you’re all the way up by dome. Raiders can spawn by the barracks buildings, or by k buildings/train, or even knight
They might beam you from far if you’re unlucky

They can spawn for a number of reasons, obviously they spawn with gluhar, they can spawn near k buildings if you hit the hermetic button (alarm), they can also spawn by k buildings if the trains coming soon (so usually later in raid). They can also spawn in the bunker, and there’s another chance they can spawn down there again when you hit the power switch in bunker
You could look into going into bunker, and going up the silo staircase to some if you wanna get up there without going outside. However the bunker can be dangerous as well
